  1. Excellent tutorial Lisa D! I totally agree that there are a lot of students who “studio shop” so that they can get to perform the moves that are on their bucket list rather than their “need to achieve” list. Few of us devote the time and effort really needed to condition ourselves PROPERLY for pole, hence the injury rate is higher than it should be. Conditioning doesn’t need to be boring, Marlo Fiskens Flow Movement series is a great way to turn simple conditioning exercises into challenging whole body sequences that will really develop your strength and cardio fitness.
